The slaughtering plant must be inspected and certified by our AHF for applying protocols according to Islamic Rites in processing (both meat & poultry must be hand-slaughtered only).

7) The slaughtering device (by hand) should be sharp and should not be lifted off the animal / bird during the slaughter act.

AHF shall have a trained and experienced Muslim Halal slaughter man at the Slaughtering / Processing plant all the time during production.
