Certificateurs halal
We judge each certifier by its own published policy, quoted word for word, for each species.
“Passes” means the policy meets our standard for that species. “Doubtful” usually means the policy permits machine slaughter or a stun that may kill. Specific plants or brands can be confirmed individually.
